The Process
Approaching a mobile UI design is always a welcome challenge. A lot of standards were set in the introduction of iOS that were simply set because they were the norm and the default styles included in the apple SDK. High gloss, rounded corners, bubbly UI elements, etc. This 'ornamental' trend is quickly becoming a thing of the past in both UX practice and UI implementation. With the advent of iOS 7+, the mobile UI world has been revolutionized. It is my intention that app developers to be ready to embrace this change, and work toward a more progressive evolution of UI design.
